Welcome to Charnock Health online

The team at Charnock Health are dedicated to providing high quality family NHS medical care for our local community. As well as our daily GP clinics we offer a wide range of additional services and facilities for our patients with the help of our friendly clinical and administrative team.

This website contains information to help you find out who we are, what we do and how we can help you to stay healthy.

There are links at the top of this page to guide you to many of the services we provide and show you how you can access them. At the bottom of the page there are links to online services to make it easy for you to get in touch with us, order your repeat prescription or send a message online. On the right of the page under 'Further Information' you can click on the links to get the latest news about what the practice team are doing and also some useful information about general health matters.

We have just completed our annual Action Plan for 2013. This is a list of changes and improvements based on feedback from our patients to help develop and extend our services.

Find out more about it by clicking on the 'ActionPlan 2012' link on the right of the page.
